Do you offer any trial period?

We provide a 7-day trial period for you to experience our product firsthand.

What can I expect from a demo?

Upon requesting a demo, we will reach out to arrange a 15-30 minute meeting to showcase our product. During this session, you'll have the opportunity to explore the product using real data and ask any questions you may have.

Do you also search for respondents?

Currently, we do not actively search for respondents. You have the flexibility to share your research link directly with the individuals you wish to engage in conversation.

Can I try my interview before sending it to my respondents?

In the setup process, you have the option to test the interview you've created. However, as we employ generative AI, we cannot ensure that the interview will be precisely identical to the preview you receive.

How can I see my results?

Within our dashboard, you have the capability to download your results. Additionally, we are actively developing a feature to enable direct analysis of results within the dashboard itself.
